  • Price vs Quality Value for money is excellent. You basically get a full apartment setup here for the price of a standard room elsewhere.
  • Service Experience Service is minimal and mostly remote. While efficient, it does not offer the personalized hospitality of a staffed front desk.
  • Location Location is 5/5 for nightlife and sightseeing. You cannot get more central than this to the historic district.
  • Surroundings The neighborhood scores high on charm, filled with other beautiful guesthouses and tropical foliage.
  • Room Cleanliness The place is clean. Maybe not sparkling, but definitely clean. Sheets were fresh. All good.
  • Breakfast Experience You will have to cook your own food here but it is easy to do so within their well-equipped kitchen.
  • Bed Comfort Room was comfortable and functional. Captured a bit of that Key West charm with wicker furniture and bright colors.
  • Internet Speed Wi-Fi Speeds good enough for streaming content while making plans for things to do every day.
  • Room Freshness Island Living type of place. More of someone's house than a guest processing center.
  • Room Quietness Depends on which unit. The ones at the back are quiet while the ones facing the street have to contend with that ever-present buzz of Truman Avenue.
  • Long-Term Livability Perfect for those 4-7 day stays where having a kitchen and living room matters.
  • Parking Availability Parking is tight and often costs extra; do not bring a large SUV if you can avoid it.
