The Porchside Suite is in the front of The Conch Republic Cottage with a private Jacuzzi, large porch and deck area. Typically for two guests, but will accommodate four with sleeper sofa in the living room. It is just three houses from Duval with great people watching porch, yet private when in your Jacuzzi. You, also, have your own BBQ grill. Much more than a motel room, a kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar. The living room has tall ceiling and plenty of light from the French doors. It has central A/C, Cable TV, DVD sleeper sofa, and phone. A nice size bath with a tub/shower, rare in Key West, along with nice size sink area. The romantic loft bedroom is cozy with a queen bed, closet, safe, cable TV, Stereo DVD, closet and bureau.
