*Lodging tariffs are subject to sales tax of 11.5%.

*All advance reservations require deposit equal to full amount of stay (for single night reservations) or 50% of total stay for all other requests – VISA and MASTERCARD only.

I understand that there is a 30-day cancellation policy for regular reservations and a 60-day cancellation for special events and holidays (for example: Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, 4 th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Power Boat Race Week, Yacht Races Week, Poker Run, Conch Republic Festival; this list is not all inclusive) . If I made this reservation within these time frames I understand that my deposit is non-refundable. Otherwise, if I cancel prior to the 30/60 days I will receive a refund less 10% or $50.00 whichever is greater. If I cancel within the 30/60 day period, whichever applies, I will receive no refund. There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures. Due to our strict cancellation policy, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance - www.travelguard.com

*During the Fantasy Fest Festival we require non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of total stay at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. There are no cancellations permitted during Fantasy Fest. Full deposit will be forfeited for NO-SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS at any time.

* During March/Spring Break we accept internet reservations from patrons minimum 25 years of age (this applies to all guests occupying the unit) – all others are required to call Hotel directly. Acceptance is subject to owner’s discretion.

If you make a reservation using Internet Reservations for a stay during Spring Break you will be asked to present photo ID – reservations from guests found not in compliance with this policy will be refused with NO REFUND.

*Minimum stays and special rates may apply during holidays and special events.

*Check-In time is after 3 P.M. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

*The check-in and check-out times are indicative only

*There is a $20.00 per night charge for pet friendly units – call Hotel directly for availability.

*We have the right to refuse a reservation even after confirmation if: (1) The Credit Card declines. (2) The Credit Card has expired.
(3) The Credit Card is NOT present at the time of Check-in. (4) Billing address for credit card or CCV code does not match. (5) Reservation not in compliance with Hotel policy.
