DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We require one night plus tax credit card
deposit for 5 days or less, with two nights for up to a 7 night
stay. If canceling within 30 days prior to arrival, there will
be no refund of the deposit. We have a 60 day no cancel for
special events, extended stays and large groups. If you cancel
prior to the no cancel timeframe, there is still a $50 or 10% of
deposit cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
